Is ServiceArc only for house cleaning businesses?
We're launching with residential and commercial cleaning first, but ServiceArc works for any service business that books recurring jobs — including maid services, deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
How is ServiceArc different from general field-service software?
ServiceArc focuses on recurring cleaning work: client access notes, booking requests, reminders, invoices, payments, and a simple crew view. You do not have to configure equipment, parts, or trade-specific workflows you will never use.
Can my cleaning crew use ServiceArc?
Yes. On the Team plan, you can invite up to 5 crew members. They get a simple mobile view showing only their assigned jobs for the day — with addresses, client notes, and one-tap navigation.
Do I need a website to use the online booking page?
No. ServiceArc gives you a shareable booking link (like servicearc.io/book/your-business) that you can post on Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, or text to anyone. If you have a website, you can embed it there too.
What happens after my free trial?
After 14 days, you pick a plan and enter a payment method. All your data, clients, and schedules carry over — nothing is lost. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
Can I import my existing clients?
Yes — we do it for you. Send us your client list in whatever form it exists (a spreadsheet, an export from another tool, photos of a notebook) and we'll load your clients, recurring schedules, access notes, and open invoices during your trial, free. Self-serve CSV import is on the roadmap too.
Can I get my data out if I cancel?
